Registration Terms

Completing and signing this form constitutes a contract and agreement to the terms and conditions outlined below:

  • An invoice with banking details will be issued upon receipt of the completed registration form.

  • A R2,000 non-refundable registration fee is required to secure your booking (EFT payments only).

  • The balance is payable in two equal instalments according to the enrolment schedule below:

Polokwane Enrolment Schedule

January Intake

  • 1st Instalment: 31 October 2025

  • 2nd Instalment: 31 December 2025

Midrand Enrolment Schedule

January Intake

  • 1st Instalment: 31 October 2025

  • 2nd Instalment: 15 January 2026

Terms & Policies

  • If a candidate is unable to attend a booked training session, postponement to a new date is allowed, provided it is requested at least 24 hours before training starts.

  • Full payment will still be required for postponements made within 24 hours of training, unless critical and unforeseeable circumstances are proven. GASA will evaluate these on a case-by-case basis.

  • Candidates traveling from out of town must arrange their own accommodation near the venue.

  • Intellectual Property: All training content, materials, designs, software, code, graphics, documents, and audio are the property of Gurus Academy SA (GASA). Reproduction or sharing of content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement.

  • Video Recording: Delegates consent to GASA recording the training sessions. These may be shared with attendees, used for quality improvement, and may appear on public marketing platforms.

  • Special Requirements: GASA will try to accommodate any special needs notified in advance.

  • Behaviour Policy: GASA reserves the right to remove any participant displaying inappropriate behaviour. No refund or reimbursement will be made in such cases.

  • Take-Home Projects: Candidates will take home any items produced during training (e.g., candles, floral arrangements, etc.).

  • Certificates: A Certificate of Attendance will be issued upon completion of the course.

  • Indemnity: Candidates indemnify Gurus Academy SA from any injuries incurred during the training.
